Important Application Information

All prospective residents are required to complete an application to be considered for housing at

MLK – Making Life Known. Applications are reviewed in the order received and are subject to availability.

Monthly rent is $1,000 per resident.
All bedrooms in MLK homes are shared-room accommodations. Residents will share a bedroom with another resident, as well as shared common living spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.

Applicants may be required to undergo a background screening as part of the approval process. There is no fee to submit an application. However, if a background check is required, a separate screening fee may apply. Applicants will be notified in advance before any screening is conducted.

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement or approval for housing. Approved applicants will receive confirmation by notice once a room becomes available and final approval is granted.
